Notice:ZOOM ID & Password to join the conference online will be sent just before the conference.
Notice:All scientific programs will be run according to Japan Standard Time (JST). Please check the time difference in the table above and make sure you appear on the correct time schedule.
Notice:In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, we decided not to hold the banquet during the conference.
Oral presentation
"In-person & Hybrid Attendees" are able to attend the conference both by in-person and by online. If the oral presenter participates on-site (at Kansai University), the presentation will be given in a face-to-face as usual. If the oral presenter participates online, the presentation will be delivered via ZOOM and projected on the local screen.
"Virtual Attendees" are able to attend the conference only by online. The oral presenters are able to deliver their presentations via ZOOM, which will be projected on the local screen.

Poster presentation
All poster presentations will be made in a virtual style. Presenters are requested to prepare a 1-page horizontal presentation file (PowerPoint or PDF). There is no strict regulations in the poster size.
"In-person & Hybrid Attendees" are able to attend the conference
both by in-person and by online. Even if poster presenters participate
on-site (at Kansai University), they have to make poster presentations
via ZOOM. The poster presenters who join at the conference venue can use
vacant rooms during your poster presentation. Please bring your own laptop
PC and earphone/headset to avoid the noise.
Poster presenters who attend in-person style can deliver a 5-minute short
oral presentation at the conference venue (Room A) on 7/31 or 8/1 (optional).
The presentation will be delivered to the audience via ZOOM. For the program
of the short oral presentation, see the program file uploaded above.
"Virtual Attendees" are able to attend the conference only by online. The poster presenters are able to deliver their presentations via ZOOM (Breakout rooms).
